While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays may occur due to courier or logistics issues.
Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund.
All orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk once handed over to the courier.
If your package is not delivered within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately.
Any delay reported after 5 days of dispatch may not be traceable or resolved.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, if valid, may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Shipping addresses cannot be updated after dispatch.

For corrections, contact us before dispatch.
You may cancel your order only before it is dispatched by contacting us directly.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
